Job summary

Pride in Personnel is seeking a Regional Accounts Manager to strengthen distributor relations, drive sales growth, and expand our product footprint across the GTA and surrounding areas. You will leverage technical knowledge of motor control and electrical components to engage OEMs, engineers, and end users, deliver trainings, and secure approvals on vendor lists.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales and building relationships with distributors, OEMs, engineers and end users.
• Knowledge of motor control and electrical components used in automation.
• Proven sales success in the Ontario market and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong distributor relationships across Ontario.
• Drive regional sales growth and increase product adoption.
• Provide product training and technical engagement with customers.
• Secure product approvals on vendor lists and specifications.
• Forecast sales and provide market insights.
