Sephora Canada is seeking a Client Experience Lead to oversee all sales floor departments at a Vancouver-area Sephora location. The role requires ensuring the team delivers Sephora’s selling model and outstanding client service to achieve store objectives.

You will lead client experience, embrace in-store technology, manage events, and coach staff to drive sales. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

• Client Experience: ensure all on-stage staff execute Sephora’s selling model and respond to client feedback per department.

• Event Management: support in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
• Performance Assessment & Development: coach for performance improvement and conduct regular check-ins with team.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: understand store sales performance and opportunities.
