Sephora Canada is seeking an Interim Client Experience Lead in Kamloops to inspire the team, elevate client experiences, and drive store performance.

You will coach and develop colleagues, deliver expert product knowledge, and maintain Sephora's welcoming, fast-paced service standard. This full-time role requires leadership, reliability, and a passion for beauty, with opportunities for growth within Sephora Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
