Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Interim Manager to oversee store operations, Beauty Services or the sales floor, with a coaching focus to drive the client experience. Reporting to the Store Director, you will lead Leads/Advisors, with fixed-term contracts and eligibility for Sephora perks and benefits.

You will work on training, client feedback responses, performance reviews, merchandising, and vendor engagement, contributing to store success and staff development across Canada, with access to LVMH

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
• Metrics-driven with a proven track record of motivating and coaching a team.
• Ability to maintain composure and have tough conversations when needed.
• Ability to identify in-store talent and develop them throughout their career.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable using Windows, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Training & Development: execute training for new and existing Beauty Advisors.
• Respond to client feedback and act as the Client Experience Lead in-store.
• Support annual performance reviews and store-wide performance management.
• Maintain visual merchandising and manage tester and supply levels.
• Engage with brand representatives and provide training feedback.
