Job summary

A leading home improvement company in Ontario is seeking In-Home Sales Consultants. This position offers a full commission structure with an On Target Earning (OTE) potential of approximately $80,000 CAD per year, which can significantly increase with uncapped commissions. Responsibilities include exceeding sales goals, educating customers on products, and strategically closing deals. Ideal candidates will have post-secondary education and 3-5 years of commission sales experience, along with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

This position is full commission. The minimum 'On Target Earning' (OTE) for this role is approximately $80,000 CAD per year with uncapped commissions. Many of our top reps more than double this amount!

What you will be doing:
  • Closing, Closing, Closing!
  • Generating profitable growth!
  • Closing setappointments with customers
  • Assess the customer’s needs, educate them on our products, and provide guidance to a unique design and solution.
  • Following a sales process as outlined by Lifestyle
  • Contributing to daily meeting cadances
  • Grow with regular training

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary Education

Experience:
