Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years in insurance finance transformation, accounting, or financial systems delivery.
  • Knowledge of IFRS 17 technical measurement models, accounting requirements, and implementation.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to engage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive requirements, testing, cutover, and change management within various teams.
  • Lead the enhancement of requirements for IFRS 17 metrics and accounting policies.
  • Direct development of end-to-end system requirements and translate business needs.
