Qualifications

  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a support role preferred.
  • Capable of learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Independent Delivery Contractors and operations team with technical issues.
  • Manage support mailbox and tickets to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Document and follow correct processes for IDC.

Responsibilities
  • Assist our Independent Delivery Contractors (IDCs) and operations team by phone and email to ensure technical issues related to our IDC portal and systems are resolved on time
  • Liaise with the IT helpdesk, IDC Team and operations as required
  • Manage IDC support mailbox, tickets and then all cases in our different systems
  • Ensure correct processes and documentation are followed by the IDC
  • Remedy situations during working hours or after, when necessary
  • Other IDC duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED minimum
  • Prior related support experience preferred
  • Skilled in use of personal computers and software applications (Technology-savvy)
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills
  • Proven customer service experience and passion for helping others
  • Strong service-oriented mentality with the ability to actively listen and troubleshoot
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and administrative skill
  • Bilingual (French and English) - written / spoken
  • Must be available 40 hours / week - Wednesday to Sunday
