• 3-5 years experience in learning & development, sales enablement, and program operations.
• Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage programs, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of error-free deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own program scheduling, invites, reminders, and attendance tracking.
• Partner with facilitators and sales leaders for session preparation.
• Facilitate webinars and virtual learning experiences.
• Manage key program moments including networking events and graduation.
