A global information services company is looking for a Credit Controller/Collections Specialist to join their team in Ottawa, Canada. Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial services role.
  • Proficient level of MS Office including Excel.
  • Proficient level of other languages, besides English.

Responsibilities

  • Work with minimal direction on overdue debt collection.
  • Provide support/copy documentation as required for claims.
  • Account reconciliation and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate performance statistics.
  • Produce reports for debt analysis.
