A leading manufacturing firm in British Columbia is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to drive HR programs and initiatives. The role focuses on employee relations, staffing, and performance management. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR and at least 5-7 years of experience in a unionized environment, with strong communication skills. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner is a trusted advisor and integral member of the HR team. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner with leaders across the plant to drive the effective delivery of HR programs and initiatives. With a strong focus on employee and labour relations, hourly staffing and onboarding, leave and attendance management, and performance development, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive and productive workplace culture. The starting range for this role is $78,000 to $104,000 or higher, depending on your experience.
