This role involves managing HR operations, maintaining HR systems, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience as an HR Administrator and strong skills in HR data management and relationship building. Qualifications

  • Experience in an HR Administrator or HR Generalist role.
  • Confidence using HR systems.
  • Comfortable working with HR data and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Being a trusted support to managers and employees across the full HR lifecycle.
  • Owning and maintaining the HR system (HiBob), ensuring data accuracy.
  • Supporting onboarding, offboarding and internal moves.

Education

CIPD qualification (or working towards)
