Job summary

Holt Renfrew seeks a Specialist, HR Operations & Systems for a 9-month contract based in Toronto. You will manage HR processes, maintain employee data in the HRIS, and support cross-functional stakeholders with system updates and reporting.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Audit & Privacy, and HRBPs, handling confidential information and delivering timely dashboards. English and French bilingualism is an asset; Jira experience is required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of HRIS System experience (Workday Experience preferred).
• Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset.
• Experience with issue-ticketing systems (Jira, Service Now, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to internal stakeholders through workflow management and process improvements.
• Deliver updates and changes to HRBPs and designated client groups.
• Plan for cyclical and long-term business needs with HR Partners and stakeholders.
• Support HRIS and configure changes across the Holt system; include testing and rollout.
• Manage and support HR Connect tool (Jira) including training, dashboard management, and system updates.
• Triage incoming requests through HR Connect, assign resources as required.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance across reports and dashboards including executive level views.
• Participate in audits, create and maintain procedural documentation, and respond to inquiries.
