Job summary

Hallcon Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the Operations teams in the US and Canada. You will serve as the primary HR representative for your line of business, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, handling employee relations, investigations, and data integrity across HR systems.

You will coach managers, support recruitment in collaboration with Talent, and provide timely HR analytics to leadership, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field (experience in lieu of degree considered)
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Great attention to detail and confidentiality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to management and employees on ER, performance and relations
• Coach managers on communication, accountability and engagement
• Conduct investigations and manage workplace claims
• Audit policies and data integrity across HR systems
• Support recruitment and onboarding with Director of Talent
• Provide HR reporting and metric updates to leadership
• Facilitate ADA accommodation requests with Operations and Benefits
• Generate routine HR administrative outputs and ensure compliance
