Qualifications

• 3+ years HR generalist experience.
• Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in HR or related field.
• Experience coaching/providing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll, benefits, performance and talent management.
• Collaborate with Director of HR on staffing and retention strategy.
• Build relationships across the organization through effective communication.
• Conduct investigations and resolve disputes with confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and collective agreements.
• Support professional development and training of direct reports.
