Job summary

Canada Gold is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join the growing HR team. This remote role supports employees and managers across Canada and the West Coast and U.S. operations, with a strong emphasis on recruitment.

You will handle onboarding, offboarding, HRIS maintenance, benefits coordination, records management, and day-to-day HR administration, partnering with the Director, People and Culture to keep processes consistent and compliant.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated HR Generalist experience across recruitment, onboarding, leaves, and employee records.
• Experience recruiting and supporting employees across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Canada and U.S. retail and support positions.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Provide HR support on policies, benefits, leaves, and HR processes.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee files.
• Prepare routine HR reports on headcount and turnover.
