Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to join a HR data project team for one of the largest agricultural companies in the world. This role will be central to multiple initiatives in 2026, with a strong focus on HR Data Governance, standards, and best practices. The Data Analyst will lead and execute complex data migration projects, including planning, design, and performing the actual data loads. They will ensure decisions align with governance frameworks and industry best practices, while maintaining accuracy and compliance across HR systems. The role involves migrating contractors from Fieldglass into WorkForce to enable organizational chart visibility, as well as supporting integrations with SAP S4, SAP ECC, and SuccessFactors EC. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can hit the ground running, balancing technical expertise with business insight, and thriving in a highly data-driven environment. This is a 12 month contract based in Calgary, with a hybrid schedule 2-3 days on site per week.

Skills and Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or related role with expertise in HR Data Governance and Migration.
  • Experience with migrating data to WorkForce.
  • Proven experience in HR data analysis, governance, and migration projects with a data-centric mindset.
  • Technical proficiency in SAP S4, SAP ECC, SuccessFactors EC, and Fieldglass.
  • Proven experience and ability to independently plan, evaluate, and execute data migrations, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, for day-to-day data handling.
