Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a detailed orientated and proactive HR Administrator for our Regina location. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator supports the entire Human Resources department with a focus on reporting. This position provides administrative support to the HR team by producing weekly/monthly reports on HR metrics; preparing or amending HR documents as necessary; and assisting the HR team with various projects. The ideal candidate will be an organized, strong communicator, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and possess previous Human Resources experience. An educational credential in Human Resources or CPHR candidacy is considered an asset. Preference will be given to bilingual candidates proficient in the French language.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide Administration support to relieve some of the workload from the HR Advisors.
  • Oversee and update the Organizational Chart to reflect current data.
  • Assist with data entry into various systems, reports, and documents.
  • Maintain personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies.
  • Maintain general email inbox and ensure communication is distributed or escalated accordingly.
  • Update and maintain HR documents for distribution throughout the company.
  • Oversee the administration for the performance review process and ensure proper documentation and reporting metrics.
  • Help administrate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for HR personnel and operations.
  • Stay current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
