Placements24 is seeking a motivated Hotel Sales Executive to drive revenue and occupancy for a Kimberley hotel. You will identify new business, nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners, and present compelling proposals.

You will negotiate contracts, conduct hotel tours, and collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure superior service delivery. A strong hospitality network and CRM proficiency are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in hotel/hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and competitors.
• Experience using CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Identify and prospect corporate, travel agents, and event planners.
