Placements24 is seeking a diligent Reservations Agent to join a fully remote team supporting Kimberley operations. You will handle room bookings, respond to inquiries by phone, email, and chat, and ensure accurate reservations with a guest-first approach.

Ideal candidates have hospitality reservations experience, proficiency with reservation systems and standard office software, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, front desk, or a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Proficiency with reservation systems and standard office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

You will be responsible for handling room bookings, inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat.
