A leading Canadian staffing agency is looking for a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic in Valleyview, AB. In this role, you will perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various equipment, emphasizing safety and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will possess a Class 3 or 1 license and have a solid background in mechanical repair. We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team in Valleyview, AB. In this role, you will be responsible for performing mechanical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on facility and manufacturing equipment. This includes interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and applying knowledge of relevant codes and safety standards.
Work will take place both in our shop and on customer sites as required, providing a dynamic mix of in-house and field responsibilities. A valid Class 5 driver’s license with strong defensive driving skills is mandatory for this position.
