A community-focused health care organization in Kimberley is seeking a Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) to join their team. This role involves essential non-clinical support for seniors, ensuring quality of life and well-being. Candidates will participate in a training program lasting 10-18 months, gaining both experience and education while earning a competitive wage. Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Start Dates: Work experience begins February 2026, with studies starting April 2026
Hourly Rate: $24.80
Education: $930.00 per week during the classroom/online studies
Are you ready to start a meaningful career where you can make a real difference in the lives of seniors? Through the Health Career Access Program (HCAP), you’ll earn while you learn, gaining hands‑on experience and the education needed to become a registered Health Care Aide—all while being paid!
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will transition into Health Care Aide roles and are required to complete 12 months of service with the Village.
