Job summary

A leading standards organization in Calgary seeks a Program Manager for Health Care and Well-being. In this role, you'll provide strategic leadership in developing health and safety standards solutions. Responsibilities include hiring and developing Project Managers, managing budgets, and enhancing relationships with stakeholders. Ideal candidates have an undergraduate degree in relevant fields and at least 5 years of related experience, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in strategic planning, operational management, and Program or Project management in Health and Safety.
• Experience with managing people and knowledge of standards development processes are assets.
• Candidates with proficiency in French will be given special consideration.

Responsibilities

• Hire, assess, train, and develop Project Managers.
• Develop annual business plan for the program, including budget.
• Manage key program funding contracts and relationships with stakeholders.
