Job Details
The Head of Digital is responsible for leading and integrating the company’s digital brand strategy across all markets (ROI, UK, ROW). This role aligns digital activity with broader commercial goals — driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and digital-led revenue growth across all channels, including retail sell-through and eCommerce performance while overseeing the performance of all digital channels, platforms, and partners. This position plays a critical leadership role in guiding internal teams and agencies, managing performance metrics and ensuring that digital brand contributes meaningfully to total business growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Head of Digital will work closely with the entire Marketing Team including the Creative Design Team, IT, Customer Service, Finance and a number of external agencies. This is a senior role within the business, and the Head of Digital will have a number of direct reports.
As Head of Digital in the VMS space, you are a brand champion and digital strategist, passionate about bringing health and wellness to life through compelling digital experiences. You lead with a strong sense of purpose, ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects the brand\'s values, voice and vision. You combine commercial acumen with creative flair - balancing data-driven decison making with a deep understanding of brand storytelling. You\'re responsible for shaping and executing a cohesive digital strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across owned, earned and paid channels. Highly organised and results oriented, you thrive in a consumer focused environment. You\'re confident interpreting customer insights and sales analytics to inform content, campaigns, and channel performance. Your leadership ensures consistency across e-commerce, social, CRM, and digital retail platforms. You\'re a natural collaborator, building strong relationships with internal teams, agency partners, and retail stakeholders. You lead by example - proactive, dependable and calm under pressure, always seeking new ways to elevate the brand and connect with consumers. You are a key driver of innovation and long-term brand success.
