Job Title: Guest Services Representative - Part-time - Aberdeen Mall

Job Description Summary: Be an active, efficient and effective member of the Guest Services TEAM. Provide premium customer service through established programs, including but not limited to providing information, support and services to the shopping and travelling public. Act as a liaison with tenants. "Beyond the Booth” Guest Services does not stop at the kiosk and should be carried out at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-line service answering inquiries in person and via telephone & email
• Gift card sales and promotion
• Transit Product sales
• Operating the paging system
• Controlling the borrowing of mobility aids
• Other daily duties as assigned by the Guest Services Supervisor
• Must be able to provide clear criminal record check

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

• Ability to effectively interact with a wide range of people, work under pressure and to multi-task
• An outgoing, engaging personality who enjoys meeting and working with people
• Ability to provide concierge-level services to guests and potential guests by exceeding their expectations at all times: The "WOW" factor
• The ability to think on ones feet and provide solutions to real time questions and issues
• Able to take direction and react quickly to changing priorities
• Keen observation skills and awareness of surroundings are important
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Social Media
• Confident in assisting with emergency situations

Compensation

The compensation for the position is: $17.85 - $17.85 CAD Hourly
