A leading parking service provider in Canada is seeking a Guest Services Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving concerns and managing monthly parking applications. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience and strong communication skills. A background in the parking industry is a plus. The position requires 100% on-site work.
The Guest Services Representative is a customer service expert focused on solving customer concerns and managing their monthly parking and notice disputes. The GSR is often the first and last point of contact for many customers.
