CONSTRUCTION SPECIALTIES, INC. is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive growth in the Greater Toronto Area. You will work with independent reps, architects, engineers, distributors and customers to promote CS products, develop opportunities, and meet territory sales targets.

The role requires 50-60% travel within the territory, building strong relationships and coordinating with product management, marketing and estimating teams to support customer needs and project opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of sales experience in construction or project-based sales preferred.
• Experience with contractors, distributors, architects or engineers is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office for reporting and presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales growth and market share within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs while expanding opportunities with existing and new accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with reps, distributors, contractors, and design professionals.
• Promote specification opportunities by engaging architects and engineers.
• Travel 50-60% within the territory and manage opportunity pipelines.
