Position: Production Supervisor – Food and Beverage Processing

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $37.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Number of Positions: 1

Other remuneration: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of employees involved in processing, packaging, testing, and grading food and beverage products.
• Oversee daily production operations to identify and resolve routine operational or quality issues, ensuring continuous workflow and product standards.
• Monitor and control raw material inventory levels and requisition materials and supplies.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
• Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Prepare production reports and maintain accurate production and quality control records.
• Conduct performance reviews of staff in line with company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years in the food or beverage processing industry.
• Education: Completion of secondary school.
