Are you an operational leader who enjoys maintaining, structured, and efficient operations and driving their growth? Take the helm of a growing company that aims to make its Sherbrooke site a model of excellence and performance, designed to support major expansion projects.

Reporting to the executive, the General Manager (Manufacturer) will be responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of operations while supporting the company’s continued growth. Your hands‑on approach, practical leadership, and customer focus will be central to the success of this operational and tactical role.

As General Manager (Manufacturing), you will be the field reference and driving force behind:
Operational Excellence
  • Supervise and optimize daily operations with rigor, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Ensure quality, safety, timeliness, and overall site performance.
  • Establish strong operational discipline through KPIs, dashboards, and structured management routines.
  • Quickly identify and resolve discrepancies to prevent any impact on operations or customer satisfaction.
Leadership and Culture
  • Inspire, coach, and empower key managers and teams.
  • Promote a culture of rigor, transparency, collaboration, and respect for processes.
  • Maintain a constant presence in the field to understand issues and support teams in their execution.
  • Demonstrate credible, humane, and pragmatic leadership focused on problem solving.
Transformation and Growth
  • Standardize, document, and evolve processes to create a model that can be replicated at other sites.
  • Strengthen systems, technologies, and tools to support productivity and capacity growth.
  • Support the evolution of processes in a gradual and controlled manner.
  • Prepare the business unit to double in size in the coming years.
Operational Governance
  • Ensure clear and structured accountability to executives and shareholders.
  • Manage budgets, operational priorities, and resources in line with established objectives.
  • Make tactical and operational decisions based on KPIs and site needs.
  • Maintain constant alignment with executives to ensure site stability and performance.

  • Bilingualism in French and English.
