Insight Global is looking for a Full Stack Developer (Front-End Focus) to join our B2B Engineering team for an onsite role in downtown Vancouver. This role will lead front-end development while contributing to backend services in Java. You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend partners to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that power our B2B platform.

What You’ll Do

• Lead front-end development using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Build and maintain Backend-for-Front‑End (BFF) layers in Node.js integrating with GraphQL & REST
• Contribute to backend API development in Java (Spring Boot)
• Create scalable, responsive UI components with SCSS and Tailwind
• Own code quality using Jest and React Testing Library
• Participate in architecture discussions, propose technical solutions, and drive best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (product, UX, backend engineering)
• Mentor junior developers and provide code review leadership
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end performance and backend integrations
• Support deployment and release cycles within CI/CD pipelines
