Walmart Canada in Flin Flon is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead front-end operations, drive exceptional service, and support a positive shopping experience while ensuring adherence to company programs and standards.

You will oversee cash handling, train associates, monitor transactions, support loss prevention, and promote initiatives. Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, are required to keep the store running smoothly and customers satisfied.

Responsabilités

• Ensures safe work practices and emergency procedures, including proper lifting, clean work areas, and theft prevention.
• Handles customer and associate concerns professionally to resolve issues and maintain a positive front-end experience.
• Monitors Front End operations to ensure proper associate coverage and efficient customer flow.
• Trains associates on systems, procedures, and company programs.
• Oversees purchase, return, and exchange transactions with approvals and accuracy checks.
• Ensures EAS systems function properly and alarms are handled correctly.
• Prepares registers for daily opening/closing and supports cashiers with change and audits.
• Promotes company programs and initiatives, including credit card services and discount programs.
