Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety and emergency readiness, including proper lifting and cash handling compliance.
• Handles customer and associate concerns to resolve issues and maintain a positive front-end experience.
• Monitors front-end coverage, coordinates breaks, and supports outlying registers for efficient flow.
• Trains associates on systems, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Oversees transactions, provides approvals when needed, and ensures procedures follow company guidelines.
• Supports EAS and loss prevention, including alarm handling and deactivation checks.
• Prepares and audits registers, assists cashiers with change and cash levels.
• Promotes company programs and discount initiatives to customers and associates.
