Responsibilities

• Safety, Security, and Emergency Readiness: Ensures safe work practices and emergency procedures are followed at all times, including proper lifting techniques and documenting safety steps.
• Customer and Associate Support: Handles customer and associate concerns professionally, guiding and assisting to resolve issues.
• Front End Coverage and Operations: Monitors front-end coverage, coordinates breaks, and supports outlying registers for smooth customer flow.
• Associate Training and Development: Trains associates on systems, procedures, scanning accuracy, and program initiatives.
• Transaction Oversight and Compliance: Oversees purchases, returns, and exchanges, and ensures processes align with company guidelines.
• EAS and Loss Prevention Support: Verifies EAS functions and proper alarm handling and logging.
• Cash Management and Register Controls: Prepares registers for opening/closing, provides change, and audits register accuracy.
• Promote Company Programs and Initiatives: Oversees credit services, protection plans, charity programs, and discounts.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
