Freight Sales Executive – Must Have Existing Shipper / Manufacturer Connections

Calgary, AB / Remote – Commission + Bonus

We’re a fast-growing trucking company with new Equipment specializing in California, Arizona, and Alberta lanes. We’re looking for a proven freight sales hunter who already has direct shipper or manufacturer contacts and can bring them into our network.

What You’ll Do
  • Use your existing shipper / manufacturer connections to secure direct freight contracts (no middlemen)
  • Focus on lanes : Fresno, Fontana, Phoenix → Alberta and Alberta → US West Coast
  • Build and manage relationships for repeat business
  • Work closely with our dispatch to ensure reliable, on-time service

  • Existing book of business with active shippers / manufacturers
  • Proven track record in freight sales, brokerage, or logistics
  • Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
