Job description

Most companies hire Solutions Consultants to demo products. We're hiring someone to drive outcomes.

AutoRFP.ai is fast growing team building AI that helps companies win more deals by automating their Request for Proposal (RFP) responses. We're not a chatbot. We're not "AI-assisted." We're full a true AI Platform that works. Our customers are closing millions in new revenue because our product actually delivers on the AI promise.

But here's the thing about selling a product this powerful: customers need a guide. Someone who understands their business well enough to configure the system for maximum impact. Someone technical enough to troubleshoot edge cases. Someone commercially minded enough to spot expansion opportunities. Someone relentless enough to make sure every customer becomes a reference.

You'll own the entire customer journey from pre-sale from implementation to renewal to expansion. No scripts. No ticket queues. Just outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

Week 1: You've completed three customer calls, shadow-learned our implementation process, and identified one thing we should change about onboarding.

Month 1: You're running implementations independently. You've saved at least one at-risk account through proactive intervention. You've submitted your first product feedback that makes it into the roadmap.

Month 3: You own a book of 20+ accounts. Net retention is above 100%. You've developed a repeatable playbook for driving adoption in the first 30 days.

Month 6: You've influenced $200K+ in expansion revenue. You're the voice of the customer in every product discussion. At least three customers have agreed to be references because of how you've partnered with them.

The Work
  • Drive adoption and outcomes for enterprise accounts through strategic consulting, not reactive support
  • Own implementation from signed contract to full deployment, configuring systems to maximize customer-specific value
  • Consult on best practices to help customers get maximum ROI from our platform
  • Monitor health proactively - you'll know when an account is at risk before they do
  • Expand accounts by connecting new use cases to business outcomes
  • Shape the product by translating customer feedback into actionable insights for engineering
  • Build the methodology for how we scale customer solutions as we grow
What We're Looking For

We don't hire for years of experience or specific backgrounds. We hire for five things:

  1. Ownership Mindset - You treat customer problems like your problems. You don't wait for permission.
  2. High Ambiguity Tolerance - You thrive when the playbook doesn't exist yet.
  3. Revenue Obsession - You understand that customer success = business success = revenue growth.
  4. Grit - You've pushed through hard things. We want to hear about them.
  5. Intellectual Curiosity - You learn new domains quickly because you're genuinely interested.
The Details
  • Location: Vancouver, BC (in-office). We believe the best work happens when we're together.
  • Compensation: Competitive base + incentives like commissions and bonuses. We're early, your upside is real.
