Forest Park Hotel Jasper AB Food & Beverage Supervisor

Position: Food & Beverage Supervisor (Seasonal, Full-time) at Pursuit Collection, Jasper, AB. Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour. Start date: June 2025. Shifts: Morning and evening.

In this role, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by delivering exceptional service and inspiring tomorrow's adventure.

Responsibilities
  • Request orders from and serve food and beverages to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the service area.
  • Perform opening/closing and side duties per shift checklist.
  • Promote a “No Problem Service” environment.
  • Serve alcohol responsibly using Proserve training.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and bar cleanliness.
  • Perform duties efficiently and per company policies.
  • Work well under pressure in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
  • Handle cash and products accurately.
Qualifications
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑energy work environment.
  • 1–2 years of serving experience is an asset.
  • Proserve (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification before employment.
  • Fluent English; additional language an asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Desire to increase knowledge in Food & Beverage and customer service field.
  • Ability to handle money, stand for extended periods, and lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
  • Flexible with work schedule (morning & evening shifts).
