Job summary

Money Mart is seeking a Retail Team Member to support customers with personal lending products and everyday financial services. You will interview customers, review information, recommend solutions, and complete transactions with accuracy.

This role combines sales, customer service, and branch operations while following know-your-customer and AML procedures. A high school diploma is required and availability for evenings/weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Experience with POS transactions and cash handling.
• Track record of achieving sales goals preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and complete transactions.
• Promote loans, credit cards, money transfers, and related services.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Explain product features, fees, terms, and options clearly.
• Verify customer information and maintain accurate records.
• Follow policies including KYC/AML and privacy requirements.
• Maintain branch appearance and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
