Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years as Retail Sales Associate or similar role.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
• Track record of achieving sales goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service by assessing needs and completing transactions.
• Promote, process loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, money transfers and other services.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase product awareness and sales.
• Explain product features, fees, terms, and repayment options clearly.
• Collect and verify customer information and document applications accurately.
• Maintain complete customer records and comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support branch opening/closing procedures and maintain a customer-ready environment.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
