Momentum Financial Services Group in Toronto is seeking a friendly Retail Team Member to support Money Mart customers with loans, payments, and everyday financial needs. You’ll deliver accurate service, process POS transactions, and promote available products in a compliant, customer‑focused manner.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One+ years in Retail Sales or similar role.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Hands-on with POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and process transactions.
• Promote loans, cards, money transfers and other services based on needs.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Explain product features, fees, terms, and options clearly.
• Collect and verify customer information and document records.
• Maintain accurate customer data in required systems.
• Follow KYC/AML and privacy regulations.
• Handle cash and POS with accuracy and security.
• Support branch opening/closing and required paperwork.
• Complete other duties as directed by management.
