You will interview clients, review applications, document information, and process transactions with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and accurately complete transactions.
• Promote and process loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, money transfers, and related products per needs and policies.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Explain product features, terms, fees, and options clearly to customers.
• Verify and document required customer information and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate customer records in required systems.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and reconcile cash drawer at shift end.
• Support branch opening/closing and maintain a customer-ready environment.
