Job summary

Money Mart in Camrose, Canada, is seeking a Financial Service Representative to assist customers with personal lending products, payments, and day-to-day banking services. You will provide friendly, accurate service and promote cross-selling opportunities.

You bring prior customer service and cash handling experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends; training will cover KYC/AML compliance and branch procedures.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
• Track record of achieving sales goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and accurate customer service by assessing needs and completing transactions.
• Promote and process loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, money transfers, and other services.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase product awareness and sales goals.
• Explain product features, fees, terms, and payment options clearly using approved materials.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in required systems.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and reconcile cash drawer at end of shift.
