Money Mart is hiring a Financial Service Representative to join our Canada retail team. You will interview customers, assess needs, present lending and payment solutions, complete transactions, and maintain accurate records while following KYC and AML policies.

To succeed you should have a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years in retail or cash-handling roles. We value communication, a sales mindset, and the ability to deliver friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in retail, cash handling, or customer service.
• Ability to learn and follow KYC/AML procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and complete transactions.
• Promote loans, money transfers, and other services based on customer needs.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Explain product features, fees, and terms clearly using approved materials.
• Collect and verify customer information, maintain records, and ensure compliance.
• Handle cash and POS transactions, reconcile cash drawer at shift end.
• Support branch operations, including opening/closing procedures.
