Money Mart in Canada is seeking a Financial Service Representative to assist customers with personal lending, cheque cashing, and related financial services. You will review applications, assess financial information, and connect customers with suitable products while delivering excellent service.
The role combines sales, customer service, and branch operations. You will support opening/closing procedures, ensure compliance with KYC/AML, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced retail
Formación
- Customer service-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and deliver a positive experience.
- Sales-focused approach with cross-selling and meeting sales goals.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English with strong communication skills.
- Experience with POS transactions and cash handling.
Responsabilidades
- Provide friendly, professional service by assessing needs, completing transactions, answering questions, and cross-selling products.
- Promote loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, money transfers, and related services per policy.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to meet sales goals for the branch.
- Explain product features, terms, fees, and options clearly using approved materials.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information in all systems.
