• Promote Parts booking programs to grow parts sales.
• Maintain strong dealer relationships.
• Resolve service issues with Brandt products.
• Administer Product Warranty/Product Improvement Program.
• Gather and document failure data.
• Lead repair efforts in major failures.
• Assist in the creation of dealer training materials.
