Employment Conditions

Salary: $28.65 per hour

Northern premiums and other employment conditions
  • Isolation allowance (without dependents) between $227.69 and $268.59 per week, depending on the village
  • Isolation allowance (with dependents) between $401.36 and $473.51 per week, depending on the village
  • Retention bonus: Between $34.78 and $68.13 per week, depending on the village and seniority.
  • Cost of living allowance: Between $58.40 and $188.72 per week, depending on the village.

Main Responsibilities
  • Accompanying and supporting the user and his family
  • Sees to the hygiene, comfort and surveillance as well as the general needs of the user
  • Help the user in his daily activities
