We are recruiting Family Physicians to join an established clinic in Scarborough. This opportunity offers the advantage of stepping into a fully managed practice with the chance to inherit a well‑established, large FHO patient roster.
Positions Available: 8
Practice Type: Fully Turnkey, Family Health Organization (FHO)
Commitment: Minimum 3-4 days per week
Multidisciplinary Support: Work alongside 5 doctors and multiple part‑time specialists, with access to specialty and cardiac diagnostic services onsite.
Fully Managed Practice: The clinic provides practice management tools and processes that allow physicians to optimize their earning potential while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. The clinic also provides trained nurses, MOAs, and PAs to assist with patient care and all administrative responsibilities. Our fully supported clinical operations feature hybrid working models that utilize advanced technology to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Telemedicine Options: Flexible virtual care services available to support your practice.
Compensation: Competitive 70/30 revenue split (negotiable based on commitment).
Seamless Transition: Inherit an established patient roster with full transition management to the FHO.
