Healthy Essentials clinic (HEC) is a BC Community Health Centre based in Lake Country, BC. Our team of Pediatricians, Psychiatrists, Dietitians, Clinical Counsellors, Social Workers, Physiotherapists and Pilates Physio-Assistants provide a client and family centred approach to healthcare.
