A renowned hospitality establishment in Alberta is seeking an Engineering Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement processes, generate purchase orders, and manage relationships with suppliers. Monitor Dayforce daily to authorize activities from the previous day. Prepare and send Dayforce reports to Payroll bi-weekly. Input weekly schedules accurately and adjust for employee time-off requests in Watson / Unifocus. Generate purchase orders (POs) using Birchstreet. Coordinate order placements with suppliers using designated PO numbers. Establish and monitor vendors in CORA, ensuring vendor status is current. Manage daily operations within the CORA system. Verify invoices in CORA to ensure timely payment processing. Compile and distribute monthly financial reports to CASD. Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service. Follow policies, procedures and service standards. Adhere to the hotel’s vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel vehicles. Other duties as assigned.
