As a Facility Maintenance Associate, you\u2019ll play an important role in ensuring our warehouse, offices, and production areas are not just clean, but among the cleanest in all of Canada. Your attention to detail and consistency will create a work environment that supports efficiency, safety, and pride for our entire team.

What You Will Do
  • Maintain staff kitchen areas: empty dishwasher, wash dishes, wipe surfaces, and organize the fridge.
  • Maintain facility bathrooms: clean toilets, floors, mirrors, sinks, and countertops.
  • Restock supplies across the facility: paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products.
  • Keep an organized log of cleaning duties and supply ordering needs.
  • Vacuum and clean office spaces to ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
  • Clean and maintain the main production area for a spotless, safe workspace.
  • Manage garbage, recycling, and cardboard breakdown.
  • Wipe down, maintain and clean production equipment, organize tools, and keep work areas dust-free.
  • Assist departments with auxiliary tasks when needed (e.g., shipping products, applying labels).

Nice-to-Have
  • Previous experience in custodial, janitorial, or facility maintenance work.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to other parts of the business over time.
