We are looking for a polished, service-focused professional to oversee the daily operations and tenant experience within a premiumsuites environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, client service, facilities management and keeping a workplace running smoothly.

This is a part-time position (3 days per week) starting early January.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors
  • Handle inquiries, requests, onboarding, and general tenant support
  • Keep offices, meeting rooms, and shared spaces clean, organized, and presentation-ready
  • Coordinate maintenance needs with building teams and vendors
  • Manage meeting room bookings, AV setup, and event support
  • Oversee office and kitchen inventory; restock and order supplies
  • Maintain accurate records, agreements, renewals, and occupancy information
  • Support administrative tasks such as mail handling, reporting, and document preparation
  • Assist with tenant engagement activities, networking events, and community programming
  • Represent the space professionally in all communications
