Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management/mechanical/electrical service industry.
• Knowledge and experience in building automated systems, Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute planned and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Respond to work orders and ensure correct tagging of assets.
• Perform operational inspections and safety inspections.
